Payment
Pepa Lamarca provides its customers with a secure online payment gateway for credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, American Express and similar cards) operated by Caixabank.
Pepa Lamarca will not collect any payment information from the buyers, all this information is collected and processed directly by a third-party payment service provider (Caixa Bank). Pepa Lamarca does not have access to any credit card information and will never store sensitive information such as card numbers or authentication codes.
You must pay by accepted and registered previously debit/credit card or by bank transfer to a Pepa Lamarca bank account. We only accept payments when the debit/credit card holder be the same person of Pepa Lamarca registered account. If your account belongs to an Entity, the payment will be done via a debid/credit card issued to the Entity account and not a personal account.
By authorising payment you confirm that you are the holder of the credit card or debit card. Credit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their issuer, so if the issuer does not authorise the payment, Pepa Lamarca will not be liable for non-delivery or late delivery as the purchase has not been completed.
Please note that if you pay for your purchase using a credit card issued outside the region of the sale, depending on the type of card and account you hold, the payment may incur a cross-border transaction fee. Please check with your card supplier before proceeding. Pepa Lamarca accept all major credit and debit cards up to a limit of 50,000€. For purchases over this threshold, bank transfer is the easiest way to pay.

If paying by bank transfer, the amount received after the deduction of any bank fees and/or conversion of the currency of payment, must not be less than the amount payable, as set out on the invoice.
Pepa Lamarca may also require deposits of a portion of a placed bid to be made to Pepa Lamarca. In such event, if you are not the winning bidder, Pepa Lamarca shall return your deposit to you. If you are the winning bidder, and you made a previous deposit it shall be deducted of the final hammer price.
Pepa Lamarca will not consider the payment is completed until the payment has been confirmed by our Payment service provider. Pepa Lamarca will send you by email, the confirmation and the invoice containing information about your purchase, taxes, and other cost associates.
Consequences in the event of non-payment by the buyer
If a purchaser who has successfully acquired an item through Pepa Lamarca Direct Sale fails to make the appropriate payment in accordance with the conditions outlined in these Sale Terms, they will not obtain ownership of the item. In such a case, the item will be forfeited and, at Pepa Lamarca discretion, may be re-offered for sale.
If a winning buyer of an Auction neglects to make the payment as per the conditions specified in these Conditions of Sale, the buyer will forfeit the lot. Ownership of the lot will not be acquired, and, at Pepa Lamarca discretion, the lot may be re-listed for direct sale or auction. In any case, Pepa Lamarca retains the right to pursue legal action against the buyer if the failure to pay results in any loss or damage to Pepa Lamarca.
